Sr.Oracle Manufacturing Applications Consultant

ERTechnologies is looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Manufacturing Consultant to join its dynamic practice. The role carries the responsibility of a successful delivery of Oracle Mfg solutions to a diverse client base and will include assisting clients in implementation and support of Oracle E-business Mfg Apps. This consultant will be capable of working on their own or as part of a project team and will possess expertise to plan, lead and actively participate in the design, configuration and testing of Oracle's Mfg modules. 5yrs + working with Oracle Mfg Apps, 3 yrs + as an Oracle Mfg Apps Consultant. Excellent communication, Oral Presentation and Writing skills. 80% travel req. US Citizenship or Greencard holder required. Oracle Sales Account Manager

  • Selling Oracle E-Business Suite software and associated consulting, hosting and support services.
  • Building relationships with the Oracle Corporation sales team, so that the Oracle team is comfortable bringing ERT into opportunities.
  • Work with the Oracle Company sales team in the Small-Medium-Business space, where companies are typically under $100 million in annual revenues. The ability to build those relationships with Oracle is probably the most critical part of the job.
  • Sell the Oracle E-Business Suite and associated services to an SMB customer. These services would typically include implementation, training, and possibly hosting or remote management.
  • Conduct a "discovery" or "requirements definition" at a high level with the potential customer, and quickly determine the key requirements or "hot spots" for the organization once Oracle brings ERT an opportunity.
  • Take the lead in developing the opportunity, and following it through to close the sale.
  • Must have general business acumen and experience, and a high-level understanding of the Oracle "story" or sales pitch.
  • You will be assisted by a "pre-sales" consultant, who would actually have the detailed knowledge of the Oracle product line.
  • Bring in the Pre-Sales consultant at the appropriate time in the cycle to do detailed assessments conduct demos, etc.
  • Your main role would be in relationship building, opportunity development and management.
  • Not necessary to be an "Oracle expert" (although it would be a plus!).
